Shipping Policy
At Silver Gift Luxury, we are proud to offer free delivery on all orders across India. However, Silver Gift Luxury reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or decline processing specific orders if deemed necessary. In such cases, customers who have prepaid for their orders will receive a full refund.
Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order. However, processing time may vary depending on specific cases and circumstances. For items that have size options, it is essential to select the required size, and the delivery estimate will be displayed on the product page.
Estimated Delivery Time
Deliveries are expected to take anywhere between 2 to 10 days, depending on the destination within India. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas such as North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and Ladakh may take longer. Please note that Silver Gift Luxury works with third-party delivery partners, and we will not be liable for any delays or non-deliveries. In the case of undelivered shipments, due to the fault of the delivery partners, a full refund will be processed within 4-5 business days for prepaid orders.
Mode of Delivery
We deliver through reputed courier partners such as Shipyaari, FedEx, India Post, Delhivery, E.Com Express, DHL, Blue Dart, First Flight, DTDC, and Safe Express. The choice of delivery partner is at the sole discretion of Silver Gift Luxury.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp within 24 hours upon request. This number allows you to track the delivery progress through the delivery partner’s portal.
Refund Policy
At Silver Gift Luxury, we follow a strict No Return & Refund Policy. However, we do offer a 3-4 day Exchange Policy from the date of receipt of your order.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to request an exchange, you must do so within 3-4 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn or unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at 7676853701. If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Please note, a charge of INR 180 will apply for both pickup and redelivery during the exchange process.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp 7676853701, and we will resolve the issue.
Product Details
Please note that all our products are made with 92.5% Pure Silver and finished with high-quality rhodium coating. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, and exchange requests for size issues or product swaps will be considered.
